CANCELLATION/REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking will have the option to reschedule or alternatively receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for booking.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are non refundable, however you will be able to reschedule or receive a gift card for the full amount. The gift card can be used for future bookings within a specified period of the original purchase and maybe redeemed if transferred to another individual if preferred.
• No-shows or late arrivals that miss their session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session so we can check you in, complete your safety and liability waiver, and get you ready to start your axe throwing experience on time.

For group bookings, parties, or private events, separate cancellation terms may apply—please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly by telephone or email info@axcalibur.co.uk.

Venue-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

In rare cases, Axcalibur may need to change or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll do our best to give you advance notice and offer either alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy

If availability allows, you may be able to reschedule your booking to a different date or time within a reasonable time frame. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.

Additional charges may apply, depending on our booking policy at the time of rescheduling.

Refund Process

If your cancellation meets the required notice period, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking promptly.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Gift Card Policy

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your session, you’ll receive a gift card for the full amount paid. This can be used towards future bookings or merchandise available at Axcalibur or the website and are valid for a specified period from the date of issue, typically determined by the policies in place at the time of purchase.

Gift cards can be purchased online or at Axcalibur and are also valid for a specified period from the date of issue, typically determined by the policies in place at the time of purchase. They can also be used for booking a session or purchasing merchandise available at Axcalibur or via our website.

Gift cards are fully transferable, so you’re welcome to give them to someone else if you prefer.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any merchandise purchased from the venue or online.  Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with a proof of purchase.  If an item is found to be faulty at point of purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange within the 30-day return period.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a requested refund or exchange.

Refunds will processed to the original payment method promptly.  Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account.

Gift Cards and sale items are non-returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If you’re returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.  Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
