Accessibility

We have made every effort to make the venue as accessible as possible.

Refreshments will be available for you to purchase.

When you are shown to your throwing lanes, you will be asked to strictly observe the designated walking areas for safe passage through the venue. There is also plenty of space for you to support and cheer on your group members and other throwing lanes.

Toilets are located on the 1st Floor of the venue.

Parking

There is free parking alongside the venue on Clos Maes Brag, or Lawrence Street and Twyn Car Park, both are pay and display and a short distance from the venue.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session so we can check you in, complete your safety and liability waiver, and get you ready to start your axe throwing experience on time.

Restrictions

Participants must be 14 years or older to enter the venue. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. A responsible adult is defined as a parent, legal guardian, or an adult authorised by them. The supervising adult must fully understand the risks of axe throwing, ensure the minor follows the safety briefing, follow the axe-throwing instructions provided and conduct themselves safely. We reserve the right to ask participants to leave if these guidelines are not followed.

Valid Identification maybe requested on entry. Acceptable forms of ID include, a drivers license, passport or government issued ID card. Entry maybe refused if ID is not provided when requested.

All participants must sign a waiver before participating in any activities. The waiver confirms that you understand and accept your responsibilities to ensure your own safety and the safety of those around you. You acknowledge the risks involved. You release Axcalibur, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims that may arise during your visit. Without a signed waiver, you will not be permitted to take part.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

Safety is our top priority. To ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone that visits Axcalibur, participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances that may impair their safety, safety of others, co-ordination or judgement. Visitors who appear to be under the influence will not be allowed to participate in any activity at the venue.

This policy is in place to protect the safety and well-being of all our visitors to create lasting memories in a safe substance free environment.

Footwear and Dress Code

Closed-toe flat shoes are required, to keep your feet safe and ensure good balance. We recommend securing your hair back should you have long hair. As for clothing you can wear what you like, in fact, costume dress we encourage, medieval themed even more impressive! Its up to you!
